Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS within civil engineering.
• Strong expertise in NEC and/or JCT forms of contract.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement to final account.
• Prepare, negotiate and agree subcontract and client valuations.
• Undertake cost control, forecasting and financial reporting.
