Salary: Band 6

Base: Centenary Clinic
Contract: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for dedicated, enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join the Rotherham Talking Therapies Service. We currently have positions for Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join the Rotherham team where you will work alongside a team of highly skilled and diverse therapists.

This post is predominantly a Face to Face contract requiring applicants to be geographically located within travel distance to our main office in Rotherham.

Responsibilities
  • Support the manager as required, across the range of his/her duties as appropriate within the grading of this post.
  • In conjunction with the Team Managers, develop efficient pathways of care.
  • Work with practice teams to ensure an integrated approach to care.
  • Deliver clinical and managerial supervision to junior members of staff.
  • Liaise with other professionals and agencies to ensure patients receive appropriate interventions.
  • Promote and maintain an effective multi-disciplinary/multi-agency approach to care.
  • Participate in service and multi agency development.
