Senior Project Manager / Senior Civil Site Agent

Senior Project Manager / Senior Site Agent / Senior Civils Site Manager - Ltd outside IR35 or Soletrader - the client is open.

Senior Site Manager / Senior Site Agents with Civil and STW experience would be an advantage.

Needed to head up a Solihull-based £18 million project as Number 1 on site.

Responsibilities include managing a meter-high, 25x25 meter concrete structure, massive tank, and airflow systems.

Site Agent for a well-established company with a good reputation in the industry. My client primarily operates in the water sector (both wastewater and clean water), as well as associated civils works. Works are all located within the Midlands.

Experience required for a Senior Site Agent / Project Manager:

1. Prior experience as a Senior Site Agent or Project Manager
2. Experience in the water sector
3. Full right to work in the UK
4. SMSTS, CSCS, FAW; ideally TWC (but they can put you through that)
