A leading mutual life and pensions company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver multiple migration projects. The role includes planning, executing, and growing migration capabilities within the organization. Ideal candidates will have experience in complex project environments, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ETL or ELT tools. This is a unique opportunity to join Royal London at the start of building a dedicated capability to lead and deliver migration projects across the organisation. We are looking for an exceptional individual who has delivered multiple migration projects, ideally within a Life and Pensions environment, and would relish the chance to use their experience to help shape how we do things here.
You will strive to ensure business outcomes are clearly understood and associated solutions are delivered to enable the business to realise benefits on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
You will take overall responsibility for planning and leading the delivery of the whole change lifecycle for projects covering both Business and Technical driven migrations, creating a reusable strategy and approach.
