Responsibilities
  • Coordinating mechanical and/or electrical design.
  • Working with consultants and subcontractors.
  • Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
  • Supervising the progress of work and run M&E trades.
  • Preparing the project programme, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Ensuring smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract.
  • Identifying and predicting potential delays and action remedies.
  • Keeping the project stakeholders informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues.
  • Reviewing project scope and managing the budget and schedule.
  • Performing cost analysis as and when required.
  • Participating in design reviews.
  • Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in.
Qualifications
  • You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships.
  • Detailed knowledge of MEP packages including installation techniques, best practice and single system commissioning requirements.
  • Construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
