Our client is an independent multi sector Cost, Project Management and Surveying consultancy based in London, Birmingham, Dubai and New York. Project management is their fastest growing service and they are therefore looking to bolster the midlands team with a capable and experienced Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager to cover a variety of prestigious local and UK wide projects.
Ideally with 7+ Years industry experience and extensive JCT Contract knowledge you will possess a proven track record in delivering either commercial, residential, industrial and/or mixed use projects within a consultancy environment.
Educated and qualified to degree level, chartership would be seen favourably but is not essential, the business is dedicate to providing extensive training and development support within a team environment. A salary up to £75,000 for Associate level accompanied by an extensive benefits and health & well-being package is more than achievable.
