Senior Project Manager

Salary: £55K – £75K (Depending on experience)

Location: Manchester - Hybrid working

Maxwell Bond have partnered with a UK based organisation in the education and training sector, who are looking for Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll lead major software and business change projects, improve processes, and build a structured project management function.

What You’ll Do as Senior Project Manager:
  • Manage software projects, overseeing suppliers, system changes, and the full end-to-end delivery to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Drive business change initiatives with process improvements and oversee the full software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor and support juniors, embedding structured project management practices, and supporting with team growth.

  • Proven experience delivering software projects, managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in business change, process improvement, and embedding structured project management practices across technology initiatives.
