Position Overview:

They are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with exceptional tenure (10+ years of proven experience) to take ownership of critical infrastructure projects and lead them from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for an experienced construction management professional who thrives in client-facing environments and is passionate about delivering projects that improve community impact and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of large-scale water/wastewater development projects as the Owner’s Representative
  • Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and consultant coordination
  • Oversee all phases from pre-development through design, bidding, construction, closeout, and occupancy
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure quality, safety, and financial performance across all project stages
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management with water/wastewater or infrastructure-related projects
  • Strong client-facing and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception through completion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (required)
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office
  • P.E. or CCM designation
  • OSHA 10/30
