A leading UK construction firm seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver a £20.1m project in Sheffield. The successful candidate will manage project delivery, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines while leading a team. Applicants must have significant project management experience, especially with projects over £10M, strong interpersonal skills, and a relevant degree. We have an immediate and exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Regional Building team Yorkshire. We are looking for an individual who wants to take the next step in their career and build on their existing experience.
The initial posting is for the delivery of our award of a primary school scheme in Sheffield circa £20.1m, Commencing March 2026.
The scheme is a further success in our ongoing DFE framework, an important and ongoing strategic relationship. Ideally you could be situated in, York, Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster areas and flexible to travel to site.
Reporting into the Project Contracts Manager you will be an established Senior Project Manager who will be working as the project lead on the scheme, with the responsibility for the management and delivery of the project.
You will have responsibility of project operational management team under your direct control.
We need someone who can lead and manage projects, ensuring they are fully resourced and delivered safely, on time and within budget to high quality client specifications. You will be a proactive, creative, and logical individual with a solution focused outlook. You must be competent working in a busy, pressured environment and be able to meet tight deadlines.
On completion of the above project, you will be allocated to new projects within the Yorkshire region.
