Job description

My client are seeking a dynamic and technically capable Senior Project Manager to lead retail fit-out schemes for one of their supermarket/food retail account.

The role involves managing both small and large-scale projects across the UK, with a strong focus on food retail environments. You\'ll be joining a team with a proven track record, including delivery of two major schemes, and a secured pipeline of work for the coming year.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial scoping through delivery and defect resolution
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors across multiple locations
• Manage client relationships and chair project meetings
• Coordinate with QS on programming and cost control
• Ensure compliance with standards and health & safety regulations
• Experienced in food retail fit-outs

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and site delivery experience
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness certified
• Client-facing with excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to adapt and be moulded into a long-term asset
