The Programme Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and achieving business objectives within the scope of the Programme. This role demands an agile and assertive leader capable of thriving in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments with global customer exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance with contractual commitments and ensuring customer satisfaction within the scope.
- Meet objectives assigned by the Company and ensure Business Plans are met within scope of accountability.
- Lead the Integrated Programme Team (IPT) as a Matrix Manager.
IPT Leadership
- Define and assess, within authority, objectives of IPT members.
- Lead the IPT to execute the programme under their management.
- Validate major deliverables submitted by IPT members.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the programme (performance, cost, quality, deadlines) from Development through Manufacture into Service.
- Build the framework and execution conditions for the programme, including the development of the Programme Management Plan.
- Ensure real‑time sharing of key information and IPT cohesion around shared objectives.
- Flow‑down programme objectives to Functional Departments and IPT members, ensuring accountability and appropriate data sharing through demand review for industrial planning.
- Make necessary decisions to achieve programme objectives.
- Plan, manage, and ensure programme gates are passed.
- Monitor all programme indicators (dashboard and business plan) and report to the Executive Team.
- Manage programme changes through the Change Control Board.
Customer Liaison and Engagement
- Ensure information shared with the customer is consistent, coherent, and supported by a communication and escalation matrix.
- Make decisions to meet customer satisfaction and contractual commitments.
- Monitor and negotiate changes requested by the customer, controlling impact on strategy, profitability, quality, and deadlines.
- Prepare formal reviews with the customer (as per contract) and ensure deliverables conform to specifications.

Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programmes in aerospace, automotive, or regulated industries; experience in seating or aircraft interiors highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, APM PMQ, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical and regulatory standards for aerospace products; aircraft seating knowledge highly desirable.
- Ability to make fast,eldorf decisions based on evolving data, especially under ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Strong negotiation Dentist interpersonal skills, configuring Compromising on conflictingrum priorities, corporantly; ability to build executive‑level summaries for stakeholders.
- Prior experience managing international customers and cross‑cultural communication and business practices.
