Pay: between £17.44 – £18.97 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of operatives on the line to ensure smooth and efficient running of production.

  • Monitor process flows and elevate issues promptly to the Shift Manager for resolution.
  • Set up machinery and conduct routine checks to ensure line readiness at the start of shifts.
  • Conduct and record in‑process checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for all operatives on the line; provide clear direction, coaching, and support.
  • Ensure operatives understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members on the line.
  • Promote a team‑oriented environment, driving accountability and engagement on the line.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area in accordance with GMP, Health & Safety, and company standards.
