The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronics and skills in debugging, testing, and fault finding electronic assemblies. This full-time position requires strong mentoring and presentation skills while working on high-reliability electronics products in the defence industry.

About the role

Raytheon UK is a global Manufacturing Engineering leader in the Aerospace and Defence industry and has an exciting opportunity for a qualified electronics professional to join the team and contribute to a range of Test Electronics projects. As a Senior Product Test Engineer, you will apply a range of professional electronics skills such as debugging, working on high-reliability electronics products, and performing component-level fault finding to deliver products to customers. This role blends electronic test engineering with supporting manufacturing production projects.

Qualifications

You will be qualified in an Electronics subject at degree, post-graduate or HND (or equivalent) level. Knowledge in electronics with experience in a defence and/or military environment is preferred. Experience in testing and fault finding electronic assemblies to component level, presenting data, and applying expertise in these areas is ideal.
