With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

We are rapidly expanding our London office and looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation data modeling and workflow solutions. As one of the first product managers in our London office, you will have a significant impact and ownership over your work-this is an incredible opportunity to shape our product's future!

As a Senior Product Manager in the Data Platform organisation, you will drive the development and evolution of data modeling systems that define how our platform supports complex team workflows. You will drive the processes transforming data at monday, and own cross-platform cascading effects and workflows.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

About The Role
  • Lead product vision and roadmap: Define and implement the strategy for data modelling and workflow optimization across the platform, ensuring it supports complex organizational needs.
  • Data-driven product development: Use customer insights, data trends, and feedback to continuously optimize how users create and manage their workflows on monday.com.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to design scalable data structures that model complex team interactions, workflows, and project dependencies.
  • Stakeholder management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and maintain clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Measure and optimize: Analyze user data and platform performance to refine and improve workflow-related features and functionalities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data models.
  • Strong technical background and experience working with engineering teams to develop data-driven products.
  • Proven ability to build and scale data structures that support complex workflows and organizational processes.
  • Experience with databases and tools like Redis, Snowflake, or similar, to handle large-scale data management.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for enhancing team productivity through innovative product solutions.
  • Previous experience leading Enterprise SaaS B2B products is a plus.
  • You are a quick learner who adapts well and thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
What monday.com can offer you:
  • Opportunity to join a well-funded and successful company with big ambitions and potential, competitive salary, bonus and equity incentive program.
  • Private healthcare insurance with Vitality.
  • ClassPass membership.
  • Buffet breakfast and lunch are offered at the office from Monday to Thursday.
  • A fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills.
  • Fun team events, socials and offsites.
  • We have an amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work! We've been named the "Best Place to Work" in the UK.
  • A global, dynamic and passionate environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo, and Tokyo.
