Job description

The Roadmaps Team sits within the Global Entertainment organisation and is responsible for driving product strategy across Entertainment OS. This role is pivotal in ensuring we focus on the right priorities, deliver value to partners worldwide, and maintain an accurate, accessible roadmap for both internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do
  • Own the development of a detailed product strategy and roadmap to ensure successful execution against goals.
  • Partner with leadership to define and embed the global end-to-end strategy, framework, and roadmap.
  • Keep roadmaps up to date, providing both a holistic view of the global product and the focused view of key areas.
  • Evaluate the roadmap's alignment with KPIs and outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximise impact.
  • Build a strong understanding of roadmap features and communicate their purpose and impact clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Craft compelling narratives tailored to different audiences and create high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
What you’ll bring
  • Extensive experience in a Product management area at an enterprise level.
  • Proven ability to work with leadership to shape global strategies and maintain centralised, up-to-date roadmaps.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, impactful stakeholder communications.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging research and data to inform decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
  • A balance of technical understanding and commercial acumen to influence product propositions and strategy.
  • Experience defining globally scalable experiences that meet diverse customer needs.
  • Competence in Agile environments, collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to guide and influence across engineering, design and business stakeholders using deep product expertise.
  • Experience leading and/or mentoring more junior members of a team.
