About Us

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we’re on a mission to power real work, with real impact.

We’re trusted by more than 10,000 companies worldwide, including Wise, On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, and we’re tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.

Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.

At Perk, we’re driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you’re excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we’d love you on the team.

The Role

At Perk, we believe in empowering cross-functional teams that drive exceptional results for our customers and the company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Identity team in London, UK.

The Identity team is responsible for the foundational systems that ensure every user, role, and permission works seamlessly across Perk’s Travel and Spend products. This team plays a critical role in creating a consistent, secure, and reliable experience for all users by improving how core profile information is surfaced, streamlining role and access logic, and ensuring data stays accurate across multiple sources. Joining this team means shaping the backbone of our platform and enabling scalable, trustworthy experiences for customers around the world.

As a senior product designer for identity in London, UK, you’ll partner with a product manager and an engineering manager to define a 7-star experience for our customers—empowering employees with a frictionless way to pay for their expenses, while giving admins full control and visibility over company spend.

What you’ll do
  • Design for Impact: Craft end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile that make managing cards effortless for employees, admins, and finance teams.
  • Bring Insights to Life: Turn data, customer feedback, and market research into design solutions tailored to a global market.
  • Shape the Vision: Partner with PMs and engineers to define clear problem statements and design strategies that balance user needs with business goals.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work hand-in-hand with developers, researchers, and other stakeholders (like sales engineering, implementation, and account managers) to bring ideas to life.
  • Champion the User: Advocate for best-in-class usability and accessibility, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive and impactful.
What skills are required?
  • Experience that counts: 5+ years of product design experience at a fast-growing tech company. Experience with expense management, fintech, or SaaS products is a strong plus.
  • A sharp eye for UX: You know what makes a great product experience and can design solutions that are both simple and scalable. You are able to set the bar and influence the craft for other designers around you.
  • Systems thinker: Comfortable designing within (and contributing to) a design system, balancing consistency with innovation.
  • Cross-functional mindset: Skilled at working with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant designs.
  • Storytelling skills: Able to clearly communicate the “why” behind your design decisions to inspire your team and align stakeholders.
  • End-to-end execution: You can take a project from concept to launch, breaking down complexity into deliverables that ship value quickly.
Why you’ll love our team
  • We are a team of 50 talented product designers, content designers and researchers, focused on delivering high-quality design and strategic impact.
  • High caliber ownership culture, impact-over-effort mindset and full transparency.
  • Heterogeneous, multinational background with a strong culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • We will grow our team twice as large in the next 12 months, scaling content and research functions.
What we offer
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity options.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Company pension plan with Aviva.
  • Private medical insurance from Bupa.
  • Life insurance with Zurich.
  • Income protection and wellbeing app with Unum.
  • Voluntary dental insurance through Bupa.
  • Cycle2Work and electric car leasing via Octopus.
  • GymMemberships discounts with GymFlex.
  • Spring Health mental health support tools.
  • Access to a wide variety of discounts and rewards.
  • Unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party.
  • Parental leave: 12 to 16 weeks based on eligibility.
  • 16 paid hours per year to volunteer for a cause of your choice.
  • Work from anywhere world allowance of 20 working days per year.
  • Exponential growth opportunities.
