• Experience in leading and supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.
• Background in tender preparation and document development in relevant sectors.
• Experience in supplier engagement from market engagement to contract award.
• Cross sector experience with Public/Utilities Contract Regulations.
• Willingness to work towards MCIPs accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
• Manage and collaborate on end-to-end procurement services for major projects.
• Support business development and marketing of the team's service proposition.
• Assist in bid preparation and proposal documentation.
