Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering hands-on, end-to-end procurement in a regulated environment.
• Experience working within utilities, infrastructure, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on delivery and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver compliant, end-to-end procurement activity across Operations.
• Manage the full tender lifecycle—from market engagement to contract mobilisation.
• Support operational and strategic delivery objectives.

Skills

Hands-on procurement delivery

Understanding of regulated procurement frameworks

Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Knowledge of UCR 2016

Experience using NEC3/4 contracts

Education

Professional procurement qualification (CIPS or equivalent)
