Job description

Overview

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join this boutique firm based in Lancashire. You will front a private client team with a strong client base and will serve a high net worth client base from across the county and the North West.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Private Client team and contribute to its growth and strategic direction.
• Handle a varied workload including wills and probate matters, lasting powers of attorney, non-contentious trust and probate issues, estate administration, and tax matters.
• Work with an experienced team of consultants to plan growth, maintain new sources of work, and nurture existing client relationships.
• Provide top quality private client advice to a High Net Worth client base and manage client expectations effectively.

Requirements

• Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• Experience advising high net worth clients and dealing with high-value assets
• Experience ideally gained at a strong city or regional L500 firm
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities and potential path to Partnership for the right candidate
