The Role:

You will manage a varied and stimulating caseload including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts (with a strong focus on technical trusts work)
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters

You will be expected to work with autonomy, demonstrate excellent technical competence, especially in trusts, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the team.

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters, particularly trusts
• Ideally STEP-qualified (or working towards it)
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a busy team
• Experience with cross-border estates is an advantage but not essential
• Excellent IT skills and a personable, professional approach
