The Opportunity

• Lead and coordinate Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and related deliverables on a range of projects.

• Mentor junior colleagues and support their professional development.
• Play an active role in bids and business growth across Scotland and the wider UK.

About You

• Degree or master's in an environmental or related discipline.
• Chartered, or working towards chartership (e.g., IEMA, RTPI, LI, CIWEM, CIEEM).
• Minimum of 5 years post‑graduate experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Strong knowledge of EIA processes, consenting, and environmental management.
• Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Confident in managing client needs and delivering high‑quality outputs to deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about sustainability and environmental performance.
