We are looking for a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join partner, Neil Smyth, and Senior Associate, Morgan Bowen, in our London office. You will undertake predominantly non contentious work linked into our corporate, finance and real estate teams across the country, amongst others, helping with advice to all stakeholders in distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.
For obvious reasons, the London restructuring team is very busy and needs additional resource. We are looking for someone who not only wants to develop their legal abilities and acumen in this field, but also wants to get into the market and help build the practice, dealing with top quality work under supervision. You will be part of the cross office Restructuring & Insolvency team within the Banking department.
