Job summary

An employment consultancy is seeking a Senior PMO Lead in Wokingham to oversee governance for a Data Sharing Infrastructure programme. The role involves managing the governance framework, coordinating internal and external forums, and ensuring effective decision-making. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing governance frameworks and a strong passion for successful programme outcomes. This position offers a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and requires 2 days per week on-site work.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for effective programme governance and successful delivery outcomes.
• Experience managing governance frameworks within large, complex programmes or portfolios.
• Confidence coordinating cross‑functional teams spanning delivery, commercial, regulatory, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the governance framework for the DSI programme.
• Coordinate internal governance forums and working groups across the DSI Coordinator function.
• Lead the development of governance reports and presentation materials.
• Interface with wider organisational governance structures for alignment and coordination.
• Coordinate external governance forums, including logistics and agenda planning.
• Develop programme reporting frameworks for stakeholders.
• Support programme delivery planning including progress tracking.
• Maintain governance documentation and artefacts.
• Identify and manage risks related to DSI delivery.
• Facilitate evidence‑based decision‑making.
