Senior Project Manager (Dynamics) – Staffordshire, UK – Hybrid (1‑2 days a month on‑site) – Permanent – Up to £70,000

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics delivery experience to join a leading, award‑winning Microsoft Partner. This is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a high‑performing consultancy that designs and delivers cutting‑edge digital transformation solutions for clients across a wide range of sectors.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring successful implementations of Dynamics 365 solutions – primarily Dynamics Business Central and supporting Microsoft technologies. Working closely with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, you'll drive clarity, mitigate risk, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard. If you’re proactive, structured, and thrive in a fast‑paced consultancy environment, this could be the next step in your career.

Key Skills

• Proven track record of delivering Microsoft Dynamics projects (BC, F&O, CE or NAV).
• Strong end‑to‑end project management skills across planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities in a consultancy‑led environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to build strong relationships across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving accountability to ensure successful delivery.
• Strong risk management, budgeting and change control experience.
• Ideally certified or working towards APM, Prince2, Agile or similar qualifications.
• Exposure to regulated, tech‑led or complex business environments highly beneficial.
