A leading energy organization in the UK is seeking a Senior Plasma Operations Expert to lead research in plasma operations and contribute to fusion energy initiatives. Candidates must hold a PhD and have experience in tokamak operations. Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential. This full-time role is primarily onsite at Culham, Oxfordshire, with potential for flexible working arrangements. The salary for this role is 56596(inclusive of aSpecialist Allowance) . Onsite working is expected for 4days each week however we actively support requests for flexible working.

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.
