Responsibilities

• Provide outline plans and methodologies at pre-qualification stage.
• Create detailed tender programmes and method statements.
• Manage a contract planning service including target programmes.
• Promote the company at pre-qualification and tender meetings.
• Research new building techniques and advise teams.
• Visit sites for assessment in preparation of tender programmes.
