Qualifications

• MRTPI or equivalent qualification for Planners.
• Experience in NSIP or similar consent regimes.
• Familiarity with rail, transport, utilities, or renewable sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional planning and consents advice.
• Submit major planning applications and negotiate with authorities.
• Support the DCO lead on nationally significant projects.
• Prepare representations and support at public inquiries.
• Manage and deliver projects with high-quality outcomes.
