Are you a seasoned construction planner ready to make your mark on high-value industrial schemes?

This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Planner to join a forward-thinking principal contractor delivering large-scale industrial sheds—typically ranging between £20m and £80m. You'll play a critical role in shaping the strategic programme for projects from tender through to handover, working closely with pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure timelines are not just met, but mastered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated programmes using Asta Powerproject
• Lead planning input across live and tendered industrial projects
• Work in tandem with pre-construction, design, and commercial teams
• Monitor project progress, identify risk, and provide mitigation strategies
• Attend client and progress meetings, providing clear reporting and updates
• Champion planning excellence across the project lifecycle

About You

• Proven experience as a planner on industrial/logistics or large commercial projects
• Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject and NEC contracts
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge constructively
