️ Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on a range of planning matters
- Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders, local authorities, and consultants
- Monitor policy changes and contribute to strategic planning advice
- Identify and develop cross-selling and business development opportunities
- Support Associate Directors and Directors on more complex projects
- Mentor and guide junior members of the team
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience (public or private sector)
- MRTPI qualified or working towards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
