️ Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients on a range of planning matters
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documentation
  • Liaise with stakeholders, local authorities, and consultants
  • Monitor policy changes and contribute to strategic planning advice
  • Identify and develop cross-selling and business development opportunities
  • Support Associate Directors and Directors on more complex projects
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the team
