A healthcare provider is looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Surgical & Vascular Team. In this fixed-term role, you will be responsible for leading the assessment, treatment, and management of patients, including those post-surgery. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration, along with extensive experience in managing complex patient cases. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a commitment to continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing patients with vascular, renal surgical and neurological conditions.
• Experience with patients who have had major amputations.
• Evidence of continued professional development maintained in a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex presentations.
• Provide clinical leadership across the Surgical & Vascular pathway.
• Develop the service to meet changing health and social care agendas.

Skills

Ability to assess, treat and discharge patients after surgery

Ability to work autonomously

Strong IT skills

Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team

Education

Degree/Equivalent in Physiotherapy

HCPC registration
