We are delighted to be partnering with a much loved ecommerce brand in their search for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

This is a fast-paced trading environment and the successful candidate will enjoy getting their sleeves rolled up and stuck in!

The role:
  • Lead the development and delivery of an integrated, multi-channel digital marketing strategy across PPC, paid social, affiliates and email channels.

  • Align media activity with seasonal trading plans and promotional calendars, working closely with the Ecommerce, Buying, and Merchandising teams.

  • Drive performance through analytical rigour and data-led decision making, enhancing efficiency across the marketing funnel.

  • Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models to accurately assess campaign effectiveness.

  • Own and report on key KPIs: traffic volume, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.

  • Manage a marketing executive responsible for the email channels.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company’s vision, mission, and values in all professional conduct.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support team and company goals, maintaining high standards of behaviour.

The Person:
  • Proven leadership in performance marketing within a high-growth ecommerce or DTC environment.

  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with a clear focus on ROAS, COS%, CAC, LTV, and driving bottom-line impact.

  • Experience managing £multi-million annual marketing budgets with full funnel oversight.
