An independent creative agency in the UK is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join their ambitious digital team. You’ll manage day-to-day paid media execution across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. The role demands a minimum of 2 years in paid media, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Location: Lamberhurst, Kent (3x days in office)
Job Type: Full-Time, 6-month temp-to-perm
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a purpose-led, independently owned creative agency as they grow their digital performance function. Sitting within a small but ambitious digital team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day paid media execution across global campaigns - working across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
You’ll be trusted to build and optimise campaigns, speak directly with clients, analyse results, and help push their digital offering to the next level.
