Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Executive @ Independant Creative Agency

Location: Lamberhurst, Kent (3x days in office)

Job Type: Full-Time, 6-month temp-to-perm

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a purpose-led, independently owned creative agency as they grow their digital performance function. Sitting within a small but ambitious digital team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day paid media execution across global campaigns - working across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

You’ll be trusted to build and optimise campaigns, speak directly with clients, analyse results, and help push their digital offering to the next level.

If you love the blend of analytical optimisation, problem solving, and client-facing work — this is the role to accelerate your paid media career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, set up and optimise PPC & Paid Social campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
  • Own end-to-end campaign delivery for multiple clients
  • Conduct daily / weekly optimisation to improve conversion and drive stronger ROI
  • Analyse performance through Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Support digital audits across paid media, SEO, email marketing and websites
  • Work closely with Account Managers to strengthen client relationships
Must-Haves
  • 2+ years hands‑on paid media experience
  • Ability to independently build, optimise and report on Google & Meta campaigns
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and spot performance trends
  • Understanding of how paid media fits within a wider digital ecosystem
  • Strong organisational and project management capability
  • Confidence, proactivity and willingness to learn across multiple channels
