Tendring District Council is seeking a Senior People Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services and driving people-focused initiatives. In this pivotal role you will be providing expert HR advice, ensuring best practice in employee relations and case management, whilst supporting a positive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Member of the CIPD, although those committed to working towards Level 7 and their professional development will be considered. As an experienced professional you will be providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees across a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, organisational change, and policy development.
