Senior Pensions Administrator (Up to Consultant Level)

Location: Portsmouth office (hybrid working)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join a UK-wide pensions administration team at consultant level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of complex work, mentor others, and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to pension scheme members.

About the role
  • Administer defined benefit pension schemes accurately and efficiently
  • Calculate and pay benefits in line with scheme rules
  • Maintain member records and respond to enquiries by phone, email, and letter
  • Check and authorise work, support and train team members
  • Liaise with clients, actuaries, and third parties
  • Contribute to projects and ensure deadlines are met
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in pensions administration, particularly DB schemes
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to study for pensions qualifications
