• Proven experience as a Site Manager in passive fire protection sector.
• Experience in occupied social housing environments.
• Strong understanding of PFP compliance requirements.
• Accreditation or knowledge of FIRAS, BM Trada.
• Proficiency with compliance/reporting software.
• Excellent communication with residents and clients.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Up-to-date Health & Safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations for multiple properties.
• Oversee installation of fire stopping and fire door works.
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with ASFP guidance and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage programme schedules and daily progress reporting.
• Liaise with residents and local authorities.
