A local authority partner in Enfield is looking for a Senior Parent Support Advisor to assist families by providing holistic support and empowering them to improve relationships and educational outcomes. This temporary role involves managing a caseload, coordinating multi-agency support, and conducting assessments, requiring NVQ Level 3 and significant experience in family support. The contract is initially for 2 months, with a possibility of extension depending on client needs.

Rate of Pay: £20.28 - £25.60 per hour
The Senior Parent Support Advisor (SPSA) provides holistic assessments for families and coordinates single or multi‑agency support packages. The primary goal is to empower families to tackle challenging behaviours and improve relationships, with a specific focus on increasing educational attendance and attainment while reducing school exclusions. The SPSA works with families who do not meet the thresholds for specialist services, providing early help to secure positive long‑term pathways.
