Job summary

A leading professional association in the UK seeks a Senior Paralegal to assist the Regulation team. The candidate will manage cases relating to Registrants' fitness to practise, ensuring timely progress and high quality. Qualifications

• Evidence of legal qualifications at least to degree level.
• Relevant legal experience in interviewing witnesses.
• Demonstrable experience in case handling.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to BPC's aims and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Screening Committee to set up necessary meetings.
• Compile and distribute necessary bundles for hearings.
• Ensure Fitness to Practise data is organized per policy.
• Support with preparations of Fitness to Practise papers.
