We are currently recruiting for a Senior Paid Media Co‑ordinator!

Role Overview

A key department within Space NK, the marketing department is responsible for creating campaigns that engage current customers and drive new customer acquisition. The department consists of four teams: brand partnerships, brand marketing, content marketing and digital marketing.

The senior paid media coordinator works in the digital marketing team, reporting to the Paid Media Manager, working closely with the rest of the marketing department and wider teams across the business from design and trade to buying and CRM. The role is responsible for the day‑to‑day planning and execution of activity across digital marketing channels globally.

Channels include: PPC, paid social and display.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our PPC agency to deliver the global PPC strategy, implementing a best‑in‑class structure and approach ensuring we are executing & optimizing paid search campaigns to the highest standards.
  • Lead quality control across all PPC and Paid Social copy and restructures.
  • Provide insightful and accurate reporting for PPC and Paid Social and share learnings and actions across the business.
  • Support the paid media manager to develop and execute strategies for paid social and display campaigns, to drive traffic, revenue and new customer acquisition globally; delivering against business goals and priorities.
  • Support paid social assistants within the setup, optimisation, reporting and day‑to‑day management of campaigns.
  • Own and manage the paid social calendar for both Space NK and brand partner‑led campaigns to drive best practices.
  • Consistently review paid social campaign performance and optimise against KPIs.
  • Manage relevant agency partners to launch and optimise display campaigns to deliver against channel objectives.
  • Plan and manage the creation of paid social assets and ensure that paid media assets are best in class for each channel.
  • Support the paid media manager with a direct relationship with platform account managers including but not limited to Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Keep up to date on the latest opportunities within PPC, paid social and display, ensuring that Space NK are the first to test new opportunities.
  • Directly line‑manage two paid media assistants; supporting and nurturing their growth and development.
  • Support the paid media manager with finance management including reviewing invoices and month‑end reconciliation.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a paid media role.
  • Experience managing to deliver against KPIs either agency or brand side.
  • Experience of building and optimising paid social campaigns in Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience in managing PPC activity.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SA360 preferable.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive with an eye for detail that drives results.
  • Excellent multi‑tasking and organisational skills.
  • A problem‑solving approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to confidently communicate and influence effectively to all levels of the business.
  • The ability to prioritise, use initiative and perform under pressure.
  • A proactive and flexible approach – able to handle change.
  • Positive attitude; someone who creates and fosters a positive team cultur.
