Our national specialist centre in Tadworth, Surrey, works closely with the NHS and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and families we support.

As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will:
  • Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses (Band 5) and Children's Support Assistants.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care across a 24-hour period.
  • Conduct assessments, care planning, and evaluations in collaboration with families.
  • Support and develop your team to ensure evidence-based practice.
  • Manage medication administration and adhere to guidelines.
  • Participate in research and audit processes to improve care standards.
  • Deputise for the House Manager when required.
