We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Lyndon House, full-time. This is much more than a traditional managerial role you will lead the operational delivery of NHS outpatient services, working closely with clinicians, back-office teams, and partner organisations to ensure patients receive safe, efficient, and innovative care.
Your leadership will help shape patient pathways, improve service delivery, and develop systems and processes that enhance both patient and staff experience. This is a dynamic, operationalleadership role ensuring the delivery of high-quality, community-based NHSservices. You will manage teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and collaboratewith clinical and administrative staff to improve patient pathways and serviceefficiency.
Your responsibilities includeleading the operational management of a portfolio of NHS services, particularlywithin surgical specialties; collaborating with clinicians, back-office teams,and external partners to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-focused services;overseeing service performance, governance, and compliance with national andlocal standards; and driving innovation and service improvements throughdigital tools, automation, and process redesign.
You will also manage, mentor, anddevelop large multidisciplinary teams, contributing as a confident andsupportive leader who brings our CARE values to life in every decision,interaction, and initiative.
