• Manage and oversee the food offering, service standards, and client experience.
• Responsible for 4-5 Operations Managers.
• Recruit, train, motivate, manage, and develop your team to maximize talent.
• Report to an Operations Director.

The Requirements

• A proven Senior Operations Manager within Education contract catering.
• Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential, in Education, B&I, and/or Healthcare.
• A self-starter with a passion for people development.
• Strong commercial acumen to maximize revenue, with a sound understanding of revenue, budget, and cost analysis.

The Location

• Based in Leicester, covering Luton and Cambridge (M1 Corridor).
• A regional 'road-based' role within the above areas.
