About The Team: You will be working alongside the Head of Production and two other Senior Operations Managers, helping us to continue to put our customers first and go the extra mile in everything we do. Our people is the key to our success, and we want you be part of this journey.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for running successful shifts across a 24/7 operation.
  • Lead team members to develop an inclusive performance culture.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to implement best practice throughout the wider team.
  • Be overall accountable to our performance metrics and their improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new products into the operation.
  • Workforce resource planning and team development – succession planning, personal development plans and creating an operational talent pool.
  • Recruit and develop staff to be the best at what they do.
Qualifications
  • Ideally from a FMCG background in Production or Logistics Operations Management, with experience managing large‑scale operations with multiple management tiers.
  • Experience working with electronic warehouse management systems.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety and its application in a warehouse/production environment.
  • Understanding of operational reporting, key information identification and critical issue escalation.
  • Excellent people skills and a passion for achieving results through people. A strong leader able to inspire others and build engaged and motivated teams.

Work Schedule

8–5 pm Monday to Friday with one in three weekends.
