Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or other Nursing Qualification.
• Currently registered with the NMC.
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience providing care to adults in a nursing home.
• Experience managing and supervising staff for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of current health and social services.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure high standards of care for residents.
• Assist in leadership and direction of nursing staff.
• Ensure nursing staff levels are maintained according to guidelines.
• Liaise with medical staff and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in the formulation of care plans that address residents' needs.

Skills
