A leading engineering and project management firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their Nuclear Decommissioning Business Unit. The role involves critical tasks including asset care replacement and new facility design, specifically to maintain sample analysis capabilities across nuclear sites. Candidates should preferably be chartered engineers with experience in nuclear environments and must meet UK security clearance requirements. Strong skills in technical process engineering and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Engineer or working towards it.
  • Knowledge of design including DSEAR and delivery systems is essential.
  • Experience in nuclear environments is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Join the Nuclear Decommissioning Business Unit as a Senior Process Engineer.
  • Work on asset care replacement and design of new facilities.
  • Help maintain vital sample analysis capabilities across nuclear sites.
  • Access active areas for inspection and record maintenance.
