• Provide leadership and support by overseeing benchmarking sessions.

About You

• The successful candidate shall possess a Degree in Food Science or related field.
• Experience within an New Product Development UK Food manufacturing role is required – ideally within the meat sector.
• Creative and strategic thinker, passionate about food innovation, with a solid understanding of consumer trends and product development in the UK market.
