Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and oversee statutory functions related to environmental noise protection.
  • Manage complex investigations and take enforcement actions as necessary.
  • Support the Port Health function and undertake noise monitoring.

Significant previous experience of environmental health work or relevant specialist acoustics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills

Education

BSc (Hons) Environmental Health
Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control (IOA)
Institute of Acoustics (IOA) Diploma or equivalent postgraduate qualification
