A leading digital solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to manage and maintain their internal network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of network security principles and direct experience with security platforms like Palo Alto and Cisco. This remote role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 and benefits including 25 annual leave days and a strong health cash plan. Join a pivotal team supporting internal infrastructures while enjoying flexibility in your work arrangements.
Are you an experienced Network Engineer well versed with Cisco and Palo Alto? We are currently seeking a technically sound Senior Network Engineer to join a pivotal team supporting internal network infrastructures. This role is as rewarding as it is important with lots of opportunities for learning and development, particularly in the technical sphere. Ideally you will come with a lot of the core networking skills, particularly in firewalls and switching (Cisco & Palo Alto), but there will be scope to pick up new technologies specific to the team, for example the MS Azure cloud platform. This role would be based from home with only very occasional travel, so we would be looking for an individual who is happy working independently most of the time but can also communicate effectively without being in the same room.
Due to the nature of the team and the internal security aspects we would ideally be looking for someone who holds SC and NPPV2 clearances but would be open to receiving applications from individuals eligible to go through the process.
If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Security Clearance: SC & NPPV2
Internal recruiter: Olly Walker
Salary: Up to £60,000
Benefits: 25 days annual leave with the choice to buy additional days, health cash plan, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund
Although this role is advertised as full-time, we believe that flexibility at work can promote work/life balance, increase your motivation, reduce stress and improves performance and productivity. We support different ways of working and can offer a range of flexible working arrangements. So, if you’re interested and need to work flexibly, we encourage you to apply and talk to us about what might be possible.
