You'll evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of customization and configuration decisions, ensuring that both NetSuite and Staria best practices are followed so customers can fully leverage the solution.
Working closely with project teams, and sometimes directly with clients, you'll confirm requirements, explore design alternatives, and proactively track issues, manage risks, and communicate project progress. You'll also contribute to our internal knowledge-sharing culture by participating in best practice initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Our success is built on a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and ambitions. Rather than offering standard solutions, we're constantly looking for new and better ways to help our clients overcome challenges and accelerate growth.
