Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Combat System Engineers on technical matters.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to refine requirements.
• Produce test plans and execute trials.

Skills

Strong background in maritime combat systems

Proven experience in system integration

Leadership and mentoring skills

Experience in producing technical artefacts

Familiar with Test & Evaluation processes

Ability to work in mixed military and civilian teams

Education

Honours degree in Engineering, Physics or related discipline

Chartered Engineer (CEng) status

HNC/HND with relevant experience
