Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor with experience in commercial valuation or lease advisory work.
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections and measurements.
• Prepare accurate and timely valuation reports.
• Undertake rent reviews, lease consultancy and market valuations.
• Manage your own caseload efficiently.
• Attend in-person training and team meetings every eight weeks.
